The ninth hole of the Dearborn Country Club golf course is a medium-length par 4 hole with a broad landing area guarded by traps on the left and right of the fairway. The second shot to the green requires good placement. The front half of the green is narrow and is guarded on each side by traps. The rear half is wide and divided left from right by a slight hog-back requiring the second shot to be on the half where the pin is located.
